Photos: Bridgeport Looks Strong for Postseason After 48-0 Win Over Philip Barbour

By Ben Queen on November 09, 2019

Bridgeport finished its 2019 football regular season in impressive fashion as it dispensed Big 10 Conference foe Philip Barbour by a 48-0 score Friday evening at Wayne Jamison Field.

The win sees the Indians end the regular season at 9-1.

The victory should assure the Tribe of a No. 2 in the Class AA playoff field and would have homefield advantage throughout the playoffs as long as they continue to win.

Playoff pairings, dates and times will be announced Sunday in Parkersburg.
