Hosted by the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce, a ribbon cutting was held Thursday morning at StepStone Family & Youth Services located at 315 South Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport.
In addition to Program Director Anjellica Scott and other StepStone team members, Chamber of Commerce and City of Bridgeport representatives, the event was attended by Senator Ben Queen and Delegate Laura Kimble.
Formerly known as Braley & Thompson, StepStone Family & Youth Services is a foster care and youth services organization operating in West Virginia. They provide a range of services, including therapeutic and non-therapeutic foster care, short-term foster care, and support for foster families. StepStone also offers parenting classes, counseling, and mental health support services. The agency serves the following West Virginia counties: Barbour, Braxton, Brooke, Doddridge, Gilmer, Hancock, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Randolph, Taylor, Tucker, Upshur and Wetzel.
