Shaela Duly Named UHC's March iCARE Recipient

WVU Medicine United Hospital Center(UHC) has announced that this month’s iCARE Award was presented to Shaela Duley, PCT, for being recognized by patients/families for exceeding expectations and motivating others to emulate her following attributes:
C=Connect with Patients
A=Anticipate Needs
R=Respond with Kindness
E=Exceed expectations
Duley was awarded a Thank You iCARE card, an iRound Because iCARE pin, and a gift card of her choice. Dan Cava GMC has partnered with UHC to sponsor the gift cards given to iCARE Award recipients.
This monthly award is based on feedback from iRound recognition reports generated by patients and their families. iRound is a web-based reporting and analytics system that helps to improve the patient experience.
