Shingleton, Flanagan Promoted to Rank of Sergeant

Late last month, on Thursday, June 25, a pair of long-serving Harrison County Sheriff's Office Deputies were promoted to the rank of sergeant.
Promoted were Coty Shingleton and Jon Flanagan. Shown in the photo are, from left, are Coty Shingleton, Chief Deputy Rob Waybright, Sheriff Robert Matheny II, and Jon Flanagan.
