City Faces in Different Places

By Hannah Edwards on February 17, 2019 from City Faces

Please take a moment to check out this week’s City Face, Mark Gray.

How long have you lived in Bridgeport?  I have lived in Bridgeport nearly my entire life. Currently, I have lived here for the past three years after finishing dental school.

Where are you originally from?    I am originally from Bridgeport.

Are you married?  I am not married, but I do have a girlfriend. Her name is Katie.

Children?  I have not had any children.

What is your favorite color?  My favorite color is Red.

Where do you work?  I work in a dental practice with Dr. Mark Vecchio and Dr. Kara Tuttle. I also co-own a practice that operates in Weston, WV.

Favorite Bridgeport spot?  My favorite spot in town would be the high school football field. It has a lot of fond memories and I still enjoy attending the games.

Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport?  My favorite outdoor spot is probably Cooper's Rock. I like to take our dog and go on a hike out to one of the overlooks. I also enjoy golfing at Sunny Croft Country Club. It has good golf and great comradery.

Favorite place outside of WV?  I would say my favorite place outside of West Virginia is the Carolinas. It is our typical vacationing area, but I can't nail it down to one place because we try to experience different cities and beaches.

Favorite restaurant? My favorite restaurant would be Mia Margarita. I have definitely eaten there more than anywhere since it has opened.

Best childhood memory? My favorite childhood memories would have to be getting up and going out first thing in the morning and playing with everyone in my neighborhood. Whether it was tag or tackle football, we would always do these things from sun up to sun down.

Favorite musical group?  My favorite groups would probably be between Queen and John Mellancamp.

Pets? We have two pets in our household. Lenny is our Italian greyhound, and Sheldon is our cat. It was a coincidence that their names match those on the Big Band Theory.

Hobbies? I enjoy going golfing. It definitely is my #1 hobby during the warmer months. I also enjoy running and working out.

Interesting fact about you? I am an avid WVU and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. I also enjoy going to the Main Street Station to get together with friends for wing night.
