Bridgeport High School standout Phoenix Sickles will participate in the North-South All-Star Game June 13 at the South Charleston Community Center.
Sickles, who helped lead the Indians to the Class AAA state championship, was recently named the Class AAA First-Team All-State captain after averaging 12.3 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.1 steals per game.
Earlier this week it was announced that Bridgeport’s Dave Marshall and former Liberty coach Zak Bart will coach the North.
Joining Sickles on the North roster are Tucker County’s Trevan Bonner, Liberty’s Baustin Bowers, Williamstown’s Jayden Bryant, Martinsburg’s Keshaun Creek, Fairmont Senior’s Tre Cumberledge, Parkersburg South’s Navier Hewitt, Williamstown’s Cruz Isaly, Morgantown’s Marty Johnson, Clay-Battelle’s Preston Luzader, Lewis County’s Ben Putnam and Williamstown’s Parker Schramm,
The South roster consists of Shady Spring’s Jalon Bailey, Cabell Midland’s Ethan Blackburn, Tug Valley’s Ashton Davis, Ravenswood’s Noah Dawson, Greater Beckley Christian’s Andrew Fitzwater, Chapmanville’s Joey Gollihue, South Charleston’s Roman Kellum, Wayne’s Isaac Meddings, Spring Valley’s Clay Robertson, Nicholas County’s Trey Stump, Westside’s Kaiden Vance and Woodrow Wilson’s Jaylon Walton.
