Photos: Strong Pitching Carries BHS Baseball Team to Victories Against South Harrison, Lewis County

The Bridgeport High School baseball team improved to 5-1 following a 4-2 victory against South Harrison and a 4-0 win against Lewis County on Wednesday.
Guy Avolio allowed one hit in four shutout innings with five strikeouts to earn the win against the Hawks. Carson Currey led the BHS offense with three hits, incluidng a triple, and three RBIs.
Aiden Dunn struck out 11 and allowed no hits in his four innings of work against the Minutemen. Owen Sondericker drove in two runs for the Tribe, while Currey and Justin Duvall each had a double and scored a run.
