The West Virginia HIgh School state championship football games are coming back to Charleston.
The West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission announced on Thursday that Charleston will be the host city for at least the next three years with a mutual option for a fourth year.
Wheeling has served as host for the games, commonly refered to as the Super Six for the past 30 years.
Next season will mark the first year that there will be four title games, Class AAAA, AAA, AA and A. Games will be played at noon and 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6 and noon and 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7.
