Emily Stapleton is a busy mother of three children (8,4, and 3) and has always strived to find time for health and fitness. She has made it her mission to help other people make time in their busy lives for wellness. Emily earned a bachelor degree from Centre College in Kentucky and holds Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor Certifications through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). In 2011, Emily founded Strong Fitness, currently offering STRONGMOMS and CAMPSTRONG classes in Bridgeport. Through her blog on Connect-Bridgeport, she shares a weekly STRONGIDEA to help all live a healthier life.  In her spare time, Emily enjoys distance running and is always training for an upcoming race.
