Annual Mom2Mom Sunday Sells Out of Vendor Space

By Connect-Bridgeport Staff on February 20, 2026

A children’s consignment sale that started in 2023 and quickly became popular continues into 2026. And it is scheduled for this weekend.

The Mom2Mom gently used baby and children’s item sale is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 22 at the Benedum Civic Center. A large crowd is expected, and spaces are nearly, or may already be, sold out.

Parks and Recreation officials said all spaces allocated for vendors at the highly popular event have been claimed.

Those who are in paid $10 to secure a spot that includes an 8-foot table and two chairs. (Additional tables were able to be rented upon request, when they were available, for $5.).

“This has been a successful event for the local and surrounding community. We’re anticipating another big crowd,” said Bridgeport Parks and Recreation Coordinator Amy Callahan.

Callahan was expecting the vendor space to be sold out. Back on Jan. 5, she told Connect-Bridgeport that only five spots remained. She added that some of the vendors had already secured two tables. What that means is that the Benedum Civic Center will be filled with vendors offering items for sale.

The sale will feature baby and children’s clothing, maternity clothing, baby gear, and toys. Another notable feature benefiting the community is that sellers that have leftover items will be given the option to donate the items. Those clothing items will be donated to the Harrison County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) program for children in need.

Shopping takes place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Admission to event is free. However, they are asking for a canned good or other non-perishable food item donation.

The City of Bridgeport sponsors the sale.

Editor's Note: Local and city officials and staff are shown taking a trailer full of clothing and other items at a past event to be used by children and families in need in the top photo, while some of the tables from a past sale are shown below.
