Bridgeport's Holler Named Tenmile Land's IT Director

Tenmile Land is pleased to announce that L. Wade Holler of Bridgeport, has joined the company as its Director of Information Technology. In this role, Wade will lead Tenmile’s technology initiatives, focusing on modernizing systems, enhancing data management, and strengthening the digital tools that support the company’s land and energy operations.
Wade brings more than 27 years of IT leadership experience, having helped both private and public-sector organizations transform their technology environments and transition to modern cloud-based architectures. Throughout his career, he has guided complex digital modernization projects, built high-performing technical teams, and introduced innovative solutions that improve efficiency, security, and
reliability. His experience will be instrumental as Tenmile continues its multi-year effort to upgrade digital infrastructure and advance its technology-driven land management platform.

Before joining Tenmile, Wade served as a consultant and technology leader across several industries, including public sector, law enforcement, defense, intelligence, and finance. In these roles, he led the design and development of custom-built solutions incorporating artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, and modern application architectures. Many of these projects supported organizations—with critical national security missions—and required precision, adaptability, and strategic foresight.
A lifelong West Virginian, Wade was born in Parsons and began his professional IT career in Clarksburg after studying computer science at West Virginia University.
