Business owners and family life, this describes Wendy McDougal. Please take a moment to meet my friend Wendy.
How long have you lived in Bridgeport? Twelve years
Where are you originally from? Wendy Iaquinta McDougal grew up in Clarksburg. She is a 1996 RCB graduate and 2000 Fairmont State University graduate.
Are you married? Yes, to Todd McDougal. They were married in Ocean City, Maryland in 2002. Todd graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1993.
Children? Wendy and Todd have four boys. Ben, 10, is in 5th grade at Simpson Elementary; Jax, 8, is in 2nd grade at Simpson; Anderson, 6, is in kindergarten at Simpson and Easton, 4. The boys keep busy with football, baseball and basketball.
What is your favorite color? Purple
Where do you work? Wendy and Todd are the owners and operators of Toni’s Ice Cream and Leer Sharp Caps.
Favorite Bridgeport spot? Wendy enjoys watching her husband coach and her boys play baseball at the Bridgeport Recreation Complex.
Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport? Cooper's Rock because it's a relaxing and beautiful place. It's a nice place to go with the family.
Favorite place outside of WV? Ocean City, Maryland is special since it's where she was married. She also loves the beach atmosphere and all the activities for the entire family.
Favorite restaurant? Julio’s
Best childhood memory? Playing the MTV board game Remote Control.
Favorite musical group? Wendy doesn’t have a favorite and will listen to any music.
Pets? The McDougal’s have two dogs, Captain, a Goldendoodle and Zoe, a 17 year old Dachshund.
Hobbies? Wendy is busy with her children’s activities and volunteers at their school.
Interesting fact about you? Wendy enjoys crafting.
