City Faces in Different Places

By Michelle Duez on April 12, 2015 from City Faces

City Faces is sponsored by Bridgeport Annuity Exchange

Bridgeport alumni are no strangers to success.  Please take a moment to meet Luke Nesler.  Luke is working hard to make a name for himself in the world of digital marketing and branding.

How long have you lived in Bridgeport? Luke moved to Bridgeport in 2002.  He graduated from BHS in 2007 and WVU in 2012 with a Marketing and Communications degree.

Where are you originally from? Doddridge County

Are you married? No

Family? Luke is the son of Clint and Vickie Nesler.  They are both retired teachers, Clint from BHS and Vickie from Nutter Fort Elementary.

What is your favorite color? Blue

Where do you work? Luke works for Impakt Marketing in Morgantown.

Favorite Bridgeport spot? Wayne Jamison Field… Luke started lifting with Coach Cary in 6th grade.  He has fond memories of being part of the BHS Football program.  The field feels like a home away from home.

Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport? Luke’s family has a boat at Tygart Lake.  He loves the atmosphere and hanging out with family and friends on the lake.

Favorite place outside of WV?  Austin, Texas for its culture and art.

Favorite restaurant?  Mia Margherita

Best childhood memory?  Luke did a lot of skiing with his dad at Snowshoe as a child and remembers those days fondly.

Favorite musical group?  Country and Hip-Hop… Luke likes Darius Rucker and was able to see him perform at Jamboree in the Hills.

Pets?  None

Hobbies?   Cycling and skiing keep Luke busy when he has free time.

Interesting fact about you?  Luke was adopted.  He knows his birth mother and three sisters.  They live in Myrtle Beach.
Luke and Jason Young coined the phrase Roll Tribe in Bridgeport.  They made video for the football scoreboard pre-game entertainment.
