1. Please take a moment to meet this week's City Face, Anne Beall Preston.  

    

   How long have you lived in Bridgeport? Anne lived in Bridgeport for 14 years.  She moved out of state after seventh grade when her family moved to Yorktown, Virginia.  She is a 1996 graduate of Mary Baldwin College with a major in Biology.  She currently lives in Nashville, Tennesee.

    

   Are you married? Yes, to Jeff Preston.  Jeff is a 1987 BHS grad and 1994 Salem Teikyo University graduate.  Jeff and Anne were married in Las Vegas in 1997.

    

   Children? Rex, 21, is a 2011 BHS graduate and Berkeley Anne, 10, will be in fifth grade.  She plays volleyball and basketball.

    

   What is your favorite color? Green

    

   Where do you work? Anne is the assistant vice president of HCA Healthcare.

    

   Favorite Bridgeport spot? She is enjoys going to A Mountain Clays when she visits Bridgeport.  She loved going to the city pool with friends as a child.

    

   Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport?  Anne’s family has roots in Berkeley Springs.  Her father’s family founded nearby town of Hedgesville.

    

   Favorite place outside of WV? New York City and Chicago – she loves the energy of the cities as well as their wonderful variety of restaurants.

    

   Favorite restaurant?  Minards

    

   Best childhood memory?  Anne loved fishing with her brother Chad at a family camp in Buckhannon.

    

   Favorite musical group?  Shooter Jennings, her favorite song is 4^th of July

    

   Pets? Striker, a six year old Rhodesian Ridgeback; Carley, a rescue Jack Russel Terrier and Mavis Grace, a guinea pig.

    

   Hobbies? Anne enjoys time with her friends, reading and hiking.

    

   Interesting fact about you?  Anne married her brother Chad’s best friend.
