Please take a moment to meet this week’s City Face Jim Broslawsky:
How long have you lived in Bridgeport? 33 years 
Where are you originally from? Stonewood – he is 1974 Roosevelt Wilson High School graduate. He obtained his degree in Biology General Science from Fairmont State College.
Are you married? Yes, to Tanya Broslawsky for 33 years.
Children? Jim and Tanya have two boys, Nathan and Alex. Nathan, 30, works in the software industry in Sunnyvale, California. He is a 2004 BHS graduate. Alex, 26, is a healthcare recruiter in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a 2008 BHS graduate.
What is your favorite color? Blue
Where do you work? Jim has been a Biology teacher at Bridgeport High School for ten years.
Favorite Bridgeport spot? The lakes are his favorite place in town. He and his dog Winston enjoy taking walks on the trail. He appreciates the sounds of nature, the birds and the quiet.
Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport? Canaan Valley because he finds it be beautiful country and appreciates the open spaces and nature.
Favorite place outside of WV? Jim enjoys visiting California and Philadelphia where his sons live and seeing the local sights.
Favorite restaurant? He feels there are too many good ones to choose just one but he likes Italian restaurants best.
Best childhood memory? Going on nature walks with his dad are memories Jim holds close to his heart. It was on these walks with his dad where he learned to appreciate nature.
Favorite musical group? 70s rock and Led Zeppelin
Pets? A dog named Winston
Hobbies? Word working, stained glass and listening to different types of music
Interesting fact about you? Jim is a fraternal twin. His twin brother, Joe, is a retired school teacher in Buckhannon. Jim is one of five children.
