Editor's Note: The goal when The Bridge Sports and Recreation Complex opened in 2012 was to expand it into a premier sports facility. It is hard to say that is not the case. Most recently, the facility began a $7.3 million project to add even more fields to its inventory. This story, by Jeff Toquinto, ran on Connect-Bridgeport on August 27.
