Harrison County Roadway to See Two-Week Closure

FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, DISTRICT FOUR OFFICE
There will be a road closure on County Route 707, Shinns Run Road, in Harrison County at the 0.53 milepost, starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026, through Wednesday, April 15, 2026, to replace a failed pipe.
The road will be closed 24hours a day. Detour routes for this closure are as follows: WV 279, Interstate 79, and WV 131.
Editor's Note: The roadway in question is located between Jerry Dove Drive and Saltwell Road, near the main entrance to the FBI on the Jerry Dove end.
