Bridgeport baseball pounded Big 10 foe Buckhannon-Upshur on Monday, 10-1, handing the Buccaneers just their second loss of the season.
 
Guy Avolio continued a string of strong starts by Tribe pitching, allowing a run on four hits in five innings while fanning eight, and Brooks Vass led the offense with two doubles, three hits, two runs and four RBIs.
