2024 Assessment & Tax Satellite Locations
Harrison County Assessor, Joseph R. “Rocky” Romano, and Harrison County Sheriff, Robert Matheny, will be collaborating to provide assistance with Individual Personal Property and Business Assessments, WV State Farm Census and New Homestead/Disability Exemption Applications.
Payment for Personal Property and/or Real Estate taxes can be accepted at the sites without your tax bill in hand.**
**If paying by September 1, you receive your 2.5% discount.

Note from Assessor
The 2024 WV State Farm Census Form must be returned to the Assessor’s Office by
September 1, 2024. Forms received after September 1, 2024will not be accepted per state regulations.
PLEASE NOTE THE ASSESSOR'S OFFICE and TAX OFFICE ARE IN THE NEW GENERAL SERVICES BUILDING.
