Frankie's Furry Friends: Adoptable Pet of the Day is "Tsunami"

Tsunami is a one-year-old pit mix. She is up to date on shots, wormer and rabies and is scheduled to be spayed. This girl is not only beautiful, but very sweet. Aside from being very hyper, she came in with no basic obedience at all. We have been working with her over the past week and she has responded very well. She knows the following commands - "Heal," "Wait," "Sit" and "Lay Down." She still needs a little work with jumping and learning to be patience and calm. We are unsure at this time if she is dog friendly. However, we do know she does not do well with cats at all. We believe she would do okay with kids, as long as she has a strong and confident pack leader. She will need continuous work to maintain the commands she has learned so far. If someone is interested in Tsunami, we would gladly teach and show them the training techniques. Her adoption fee is $95.
