Time Travel: A Civic Center Sand Volleyball Flashback and Clarksburg Parade with Victory HS Drum Major

This photo from the 1990s was taken where the Sprayground facility is today at the City Pool. Prior to that, there used to be a sand volleyball court. See if you can identify this 1992 three-man championship team and anything else from the old tournaments.
Although not sure of the date of this photo, perhaps one of the readers can date it due to the businesses shown in this parade photo feature Victory High Drum Major Doug Haught in Downtown Clarksburg.
