Time Travel: The Old Bridgeport Dairy Queen in 1987 and Decades Rewind to Clarksburg's Stout Company

Today, it is home to East of Chicago Pizza, and there have been several businesses that have followed. Back in this photo, which is from 1987, it was home to the Bridgeport Dairy Queen across from the Benedum Civic Center. Today, the Dairy Queen is across the street and directly beside the Benedum Civic Center on Main Street. Not long after this photo, the Dairy Queen moved to its current site, which was the home of the Kester Hotel and previously the Virginian Restaurant.
This photograph of Dick Duez's provided by the West Virginia & Regional History Center shows the front of the Stout Company that is still in business today in Clarksburg.
