Bridgeport's Antero, Partners Provide Gifts for Over 300 Children for Annual Christmas Giving Program

Employees from Antero Resources and Antero Midstream, alongside Salvation Army representatives loaded Christmas gifts the team and 
partners collected this holiday season. In total, Antero’s contribution will provide Christmas for 320 children in communities across West Virginia and Ohio.

On Wednesday, Dec. 4, a portion of the gifts were transported using the Salvation Army’s new box truck that was made possible through a $50,000 grant from the Antero Foundation.
“We can’t do it without the businesses and the corporations. If they’re not participating, supporting, we’re not able to fulfill the mission that we’re trying to accomplish in our service area,” said Tim Grider Salvation Army Major, NCWV.
“I think the employees of Antero are the best when it comes to raising money for the great causes in our local community,” said Stephanie Hayhurst-Hall, an Antero Foundation Board member. “With them and the Antero Foundation we have all felt it’s the right thing to do to support the families here in our community, the children, and our local community outreach services such as the Salvation Army.”
