Chief Rogers: Drug Task Force Arrests Seven on Drug Charges Related to Fentanyl, Three More Sought

Following a federal indictment of 10 individuals, the Greater Harrison County Drug & Violent Crime Task Force (GHCDTF) made multiple arrests yesterday, Tuesday, Marcy 11.
 
After an investigation into the illegal distribution of fentanyl, the following individuals have been arrested for various charges including distribution of fentanyl, conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, and maintaining a drug involved premise at various locations in Clarksburg, according to GHCDTF Control Board Chairman and Bridgeport Police Chief Mark Rogers.

  • Rebecca Darlene Keiper, 38 ,of Clarksburg
  • Roxanne Parker, 34 ,Clarksburg
  • Caleb Malcom Daniel Hudkins, 30 ,of Clarksburg
  • Chad William Mullooly, 40 ,of Clarksburg
  • Aaron Mattia Viglianco, 40 ,of Clarksburg
  • William Joseph Russell, 51 ,of Clarksburg
All individuals were apprehended without incident. One firearm and a small amount of methamphetamine was seized during the arrests of Goings and Keiper. 
 
GHCDTF is seeking three other individuals, named in the conspiracy, and are working with the United States Marshal Service to apprehend them at this time. 
 
The Greater Harrison County Drug Task Force, an Appalachia H.I.D.T.A funded initiative,  is made up of members from Harrison County Sheriffs Office, Clarksburg Police Department, Bridgeport Police Department, West Virginia State Police as well as various Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. 
 
An indictment is merely an allegation, and each defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
