First Tee - West Virginia to Host "Glitz & Glam" Ladies Soiree at Bridgeport Conference Center

First Tee – West Virginia is hosting a Ladies Soiree “Glitz & Glam” event 7-11 p.m. April 21 at Bridgeport Conference Center. The ladies’ night out features food, cocktails, and music by DJ Nick Scott. Tickets can be pre-purchased for $65 each or purchased at the door for $75. You must be 21 years or older to attend. All proceeds benefit First Tee – West Virginia which works to give young people of all backgrounds (ages 5-18) an opportunity to develop through golf, character education and life-enhancing values such as honesty, integrity, and sportsmanship. The life skills experience is one of the unique features that separates First Tee – West Virginia from other junior golf programs.
The organization’s goal is to become present in all West Virginia elementary schools. It is currently established in over 170 elementary and middle schools and its golf course program is taught at eight golf courses throughout West Virginia.
