Bridgeport Boy Scout Troop 40 to Host Second Annual Golf Tourney Fundraiser at Bridgeport Country Club

Bridgeport’s Boy Scout Troop 40 has been a long-standing staple in the Bridgeport community and surrounding areas for many decades. From our regular participation in community-wide events, parades, and service projects to the outstanding contributions of our Eagle Scouts, 
Bridgeport Troop 40 continues to serve as a strong, positive example of dedication to our youth and community.

To help the troop cover the cost of camps, equipment and activities, and to reduce the financial burden placed upon their families, The Friends of Bridgeport Troop 40 Committee is excited to announce this year’s 2nd annual golf tournament fundraiser.
The Friends of Boy Scout Troop 40, Bridgeport, will be hosting a fun filled golf tournament to help support scouting activities, camp outs, and future adventure trips.
The tournament will be held at the Bridgeport Country Club on Monday, June 24th , 2024 with an 11:00am shotgun start.
The format of the tournament will be a 4-man scramble and the costs are $125 per person or $500 per team. There are additional sponsorship opportunities available, please see attached flyer.
Golfers will also have an opportunity to participate in several games throughout their round of golf, including a chance to earn a spot in the Putt Off Challenge.
