Bridgeport Falls to No. 2 Behind Fairmont Senior in Week 5 Edition of Class AAA SSAC Playoff Ratings

In the Week 5 batch of WVSSAC High School Football Playoff Ratings, Bridgeport has fallen to No. 2 in Class AAA behind Fairmont Senior.
 
The Polar Bears have a rating of a 14.6, while the Indians are at 14.2. Both teams are undefeated.
 
The SSAC playoff ratings are used to determine the postseason field at the end of the regular season with the Top 16 in each of the four classes making the playoffs.
 
Three more Big 10 Conference schools are in the Top 16 with North Marion at No. 6, Elkins at No. 8 and Robert C. Byrd at No. 12.
 
In Class AA, South Harrison is No. 3 and two more Big 10 schools are in the Top 16 with Philip Barbour at No. 8 and Liberty at No. 12.
 
Frankfort is No. 1 in AA. Spring Mills and Tug Valley remain No. 1 in Class AAAA and Class A, respectively.
