Practice Begins on Monday for All Fall Sports at Bridgeport High School

The fall sports season for Bridgeport High School begins on Monday with the official start of practice for girls soccer, boys soccer, football, volleyball, cheer, golf, boys cross country and girls cross country.
All student athletes must have a current physical (dated on or after May 1, 2024) in order to practice and are asked to have sport appropriate attire and equipment. Student athletes should also bring their own water to practice.
Below are the times and locations for each sport:
Girls Soccer – 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. at Wayne Jamison Field
Football – 8 a.m. to noon at Wayne Jamison Field
Cross Country (both boys and girls) – 8 a.m. at Bridgeport City Park
Golf – Noon at Bridgeport Country Club
Cheer – 12:30 p.m. at BHS Gymnasium
Volleyball – 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at BHS Gymnasium
Boys Soccer – 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Wayne Jamison Field
