Stuff the Bus!

Meadowbrook Mall will hold its BTS School Supply and Backpack Drive July 20 through August 12! The Head Start School Bus will be parked in WDTV5 Event Center beginning July 20 and shoppers may drop off their donations at the Customer Service Center during mall hours. Mall staff will place all donations inside the bus for WV Head Start! The backpacks & supplies are needed for pre-school students, ages 3-5 years. Supplies most needed include: Back Packs - Smaller in size Crayons Glue Markers Tissues Construction Paper (colored) Drawing Paper (White) Flash Cards - Alphabet, Numbers, Colors, Shapes socks - (boys/girls) underwear - (boys/girls) Preschool writing tablets - lined writing paper The West Virginia Head Start Association, Inc. (WVHSA) is a private, not-for-profit membership organization, composed of thirty-one programs. WVHSA serves more than 8,000 children and families of West Virginia. WVHS programs build relationships with participating families, supporting strong communication between parents and their children, total family well-being, and positive connections within a family’s community.
