I’m Jaclyn Rominger. I’ve been with my husband, Johnnie Rominger for 25 years, and we have an adorable dachshund puppy named Krieg, pronounced Craig, after my husband’s favorite Krieghoff gun.
This November will make nine years that I’ve been in business for myself, and I wouldn’t change a thing. Owning a business is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, however, it’s so rewarding. I truly love giving back to the community that has given so much to my husband and myself.
My favorite thing about this community is how safe and kind everyone is. I love taking walks at the park after a busy day of work just to clear my head. We are all so blessed to live here!
Being a part of the ABB and other volunteer organizations is so important to me. It’s all of these small civic organizations giving back that keep Bridgeport a “hidden gem.” Summer Kickoff, Trick or Treat with the Scarecrows, and Light Up Night have become staples for our community.
One thing people may not know about me is my love of boating and the water. My husband and I enjoy weekends in Pittsburgh on our boat, and I love to travel and SCUBA dive.
We’ve visited South Africa, Germany, Cambodia, Greece, Croatia, Fiji, Tahiti, etc, and my bucket list continues to grow each year.
Supporting those who give back to the community is so important to me. It warms my heart when random people stop me in the community and thank me for my community service.
I love our city!
