Local Man with Health, Mental Capacity Issues Found

UPDATE: David Kirk, Communications Manager, Senior Special Assistant to the City Manager with the City of Fairmont has reported that Mark Alan Cunningham has been found safe.
ORIGINAL: Mark Alan Cunningham was reported missing on 7/15/2026 from Fairmont WV. He was last seen in Whitehall area of Marion County, WV 
near WalMart at 4:30 pm on 7/14/2026.

Cunningham is a white male, 66 years old, with glasses, red/gray hair and a beard. He is 5ft 7in, thin build and was using a red walker. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue shorts and a straw hat.
He has diminished mental capacity and is diabetic.
