Simpson Elementary Announces Kindergarten Registation for 2020-21

Kindergarten registration at Simpson Elementary for the 2020-2021 School Year will take place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday, April 9 at the school.
WHO NEEDS to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Only students who did not attend a Pre- Kindergarten program of any kind or those who did not attend a Harrison County Schools Pre-Kindergarten program will need to schedule an appointment.
Students who did attend a Harrison County Pre- Kindergarten may be registered for Kindergarten without an appointment being scheduled. They will need the 2 proofs of residency and updated immunizations, well-child visit and oral health forms prior to the first day of Kindergarten 2020-21.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Parent/Guardian/Grandparent must provide state birth certificate, immunization records, well-child visit form, oral health form and 2 proofs of residency at the time of their scheduled appointment.
This may include two of the following documents: tax record, voter’s registration card, driver’s licenses, utility bill, and/or lease agreement.
STUDENTS BEING REGISTERED MUST BE PRESENT.
Students must be five years old by June 30th to be registered.
