Star Watson Named UHC G.E.M. Award Recipient

WVU Medicine United Hospital Center (UHC) recently announced that Star Watson was named a recipient of the G.E.M. (Going the Extra Mile) Award for staff excellence.
The G.E.M. Award is a quarterly designation designed to recognize all hospital staff (outside of the nursing profession) who consistently demonstrate superior qualities and expert skills, while applying them with compassion in ways that positively impact our patients’ quality of care.
Nominations are received from peers, patients, and the public to highlight individual achievements.
