Times, Details for Indians' Fall Sports Team Practices

The fall sports season for Bridgeport High School begins on Monday with the official start of practice for girls soccer, boys soccer, football, volleyball, cheer, golf, boys cross country and girls cross country.
All student athletes must have a current physical (dated on or after May 1, 2025) in order to practice and are asked to have sport appropriate attire and equipment. Student athletes should also bring their own water to practice.
Below are the times and locations for each sport:
Football – 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Wayne Jamison Field
Cross Country (both boys and girls) – 8 a.m. at Bridgeport City Park
Golf – 9 a.m. at Bridgeport Country Club (tryouts Monday and Tuesday)
Cheer – 9 a.m. to noon at BHS Gymnasium (tryouts Monday and possibly Tuesday)
Volleyball – 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at BHS Gymnasium (tryouts Monday and Tuesday)
Boys Soccer – 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Wayne Jamison Field
Girls Soccer – 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Wayne Jamison Field
