Bridgeport Listed by USA Today as One of "America's 50 Best Cities to Live" in Online Money Section

In an edition of USA Today’s on-line edition, the City of Bridgeport received a little bit of love from the Money section of the newspaper.
 
The publication released its “America’s 50 Best Cities to Live” and Bridgeport made the cut. In fact, it was the only municipality in the Mountain State to make the list.
 
Bridgeport came in at No. 46. The Web site states that "24/7 Wall Street created a weighted index of over two-dozen measures to identify the best American cities to live in. The communities on this list span the country from coast to coast but are disproportionately concentrated in the Midwest."
 
According to the article, in the city “45.3 percent” of adults have graduated from college, nearly the highest share of cities in the state. The high college attainment rate has likely contributed to the town’s relatively high median household income of $80462 a year.”
 
The only flaw in the small summary and page is the photo. It is of the New River Gorge Bridge in Fayette County.
