Off the Shelf: Come to the Library's House to Learn, Read a Little on New Season of House of the Dragon

Enjoying the new season of House of the Dragon, the prequel to the HBO series Game of Thrones? I know I am! I also know several people who have very strong opinions about how this season is unfolding compared to the last season, so if you haven’t yet watched episode three, you need to get caught up! As usual, good television shows never last long enough. At only eight episodes, this season of House of the Dragon is going to go by too fast and leave us wanting more. Fear not though, because there are several books that will give you the same

If you haven’t already read Fire & Blood by George R.R. Martin, which House of the Dragon is based on, I highly recommend you do so! Centuries before the events of A Game of Thrones, House Targaryen, the only family of dragonlords to survive the Doom of Valyria, took up residence on Dragonstone.
