Bridgeport Public Library : Diana Pishner Walker Book Signing!

Bridgeport, WV – Diana Pishner Walker will be at the Bridgeport Public Library on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 from 11:00am to 2:00pm for a book signing event! Copies of Walker’s book, I Don’t Want to Sit in the Front Row Anymore, will be available for purchase during the event.

About I Don’t Want to Sit in the Front Row Anymore Death and dying among family members can be traumatic, endearing and "spirit" filled, thus providing many lessons learned even as adults. We are not alone as we walk this earth. Our love deepens with each loss. Join the author as she shares many tearful and light-hearted occurrences in order to endure personal loss. About Diana Pishner Walker Diana was born in Clarksburg, WV and is the daughter of the late Louis and Anna Allessio Pishner. She attended Notre Dame High School and graduated with the class of 1977. She attended Fairmont State College and is employed by the Marion County Board of Education as a “Fast ForWord” computer aide at East Dale Elementary School. Diana resides in Fairmont, WV with her husband Mark and they are the parents of three children Curt, Courtney, Chris and his wife Ashley. They have two grandsons Ashton Louis and Austin Maddox. Diana is a first time author of I Don’t Want To Sit In The Front Row Anymore, written as a memoir after the loss of both of her parents Anna and Louis Pishner within seven months of each other. She recently was a presenter at the Author’s Forum during the West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival, participated in JUMPSTART, and was included in a book signing at the Monongahfest with other WV writers.
