Stonewall’s Palmer Course to Hold $25,000 Hole in One Shootout Weston, WV (October 2014) – Any golfer who has made a hole-in-one at Stonewall Resort’s Palmer Course this year is eligible to participate in a $25,000 “Hole-in-One” shootout to be held on Saturday, October 25. According to Randy Hernly, PGA Golf Professional at Stonewall Resort, “Any paying golfer that has made a hole-in-one on any Palmer Course hole this year (through October 12) qualified for the shootout.” Hernly said the event will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25 on Hole #2 – a 165-yard par three – at the Palmer Course. Anyone who makes a hole in one at the shootout will win $25,000! To qualify, golfers who have shot a hole-in-one this year must have a witness that is 18 years or older. Qualified golfers will receive a bed and breakfast package for one on the night before the shootout, Hernly added. “This will be an exciting event and we encourage all golfers and fans of the sport to attend.
